Move Athletics is a standout physical therapy practice. I signed up with Dr. Roger following my total knee replacement and I would highly recommend using Move for any and all physiotherapy and strength training needs. Roger has a holistic, innovative and intelligent approach to healing that is highly personal, caring and attentive. I especially liked how he facilitated my accountability outside of our sessions with exercise programs including video demonstrations. and explanations. Roger is very open and approachable and I feel very comfortable asking questions. He takes the time to listen and give feedback to help with my success. This is the way PT should be!
I can't recommend Caitlin and Roger at MOVE enough! After suffering several ankle sprains in a matter of months, I knew I needed to seek help, and as a rehabilitation professional myself, I didn't want to go just anywhere for my own injury. Caitlin got to the root of the issue- My ongoing back pain that I've had for 10+ years. Since starting at MOVE, I'm stronger and making my way towards pain free running. My insurance doesn't cover it, but I consider it an investment in my health and getting back to what I love to do! Do yourself a favor- skip the traditional PT clinic and see these guys.
I've been going to MOVE Athletics since late February after attending a drop-in injury assessment clinic and I highly recommend them. I'd had a long-time hip injury from running that they assessed as having a completely different cause than I'd thought, which was eye-opening and so helpful since all the previous years of stretching hadn't helped my hip. Dr Caitlin has been fantastic at breaking down exercises and drills into understandable building blocks to improve my running form and significantly reduce my post-run pain.
