“Ula is fabulous. I called a few months ahead of my wedding, and we scheduled about 4 appointments. My dress fit beautifully, she hemmed it to the perfect length, and took on my mother’s gown in the process- despite being obviously busy in the height of the season. Pricing for quality tailoring can be daunting, but she talked us through each step, was honest and forthcoming about what she needed to charge, while also being gracious and even generous at times because she wishes wholeheartedly to be fair. Her work was fabulous, but visiting with her is even better. Her motherly advice and welcoming nature was always a blast for my mom and myself. She’s funny, enthusiastic, and made me feel beautiful through every step. I hope to have a formal affair again soon so I have an excuse to make the drive and work with her again.“

“Got charged $18 for 1 jacket then on top of that when I received it , it still was dirty when i showed it to them they said “ ooo sometimes that happens and they will do it again”. When i got it back the second time i had lots of pet hair inside the jacket and I don’t own NO animals. By getting charged that much I believe they should have looked it over before releasing it. I was able to talk with the New owner and he did make it right and cleared some things up so i will try it out again im hoping for a better experience“
