“December 2025 update — it's 2025 and Vista is still standing behind the work they did for me more than a decade ago. This review is based on a recent repair that Vista did for me. In 2013 they installed a new roof on my garage. When a wind storm damaged a few shingles a couple of months ago, I called Vista. Within a week they had someone out to take care of the problem at no cost to me. How many companies have that kind of integrity after so many years? I can't say enough in praise of the young man who came to fix the problem. Marc has been out to my house several times over the years to fix minor issues with the roofing shingles and it is always a pleasure to see him. He arrives on time, assesses the damage, and corrects the problem with great competence and care. He answers questions patiently and without condescension — something I really appreciate as a senior citizen who must rely on the expertise and honesty of others when I need help. He is kind, personable, and simply a joy to work with. Moreover, I am always confident that the job has been done correctly. This time, he went beyond the call of duty to look at a minor problem I was having with a section of the roof gutter that was too high for me to reach. He checked it out and was able to correct the problem on the spot. In short, Marc is highly skilled, a joy to work with, and a wonderful ambassador for Vista. His employees were hard working and went about the job quietly (as having a roof removed and reapplied can be!). Our property was respected and cleaned up on completion.
