They did a great job putting a roof on my house, and were able to get out more quickly than any of the other companies I called. That said, of course you don't notice any challenges or loose ends until the first big rain storm. There was a small issue, and I called and the owner was at my door within an hour. He took responsibility for the problem, no arguments, and made things right. Not many companies will do that these days. I was pleased with the job MHI had done to begin with, but this really sold me. I'll be hiring them again for a second job and probably more in the future. EDITED 2024: Major Home Improvements just finished their third job on my house. They were fast, reasonably priced, and left everything clean and in good shape.“

“I hired affordable baths last year to do a complete bathroom remodel. Here is my professional opinion on everything:Affordable baths has a beautiful showroom that I brought my significant other to. We enjoyed picking out everything and the owner was very helpful.The living situation was tough, not because of affordable baths, but because we only had one bathroom so had to live at my parents. Affordable baths did the bathroom in the scheduled amount of time. I found a few imperfections but the owner fixed it and did 100% effort to fix mostly everything.The only thing that should have been brought up was the bathroom door entrance was very close to hitting the new vanity but still cleared it by a hair. Affordable baths said if it ever hit they would come back, which I believe them.Affordable baths did everything from gutting the existing layout, to installing floors (which we loved), installing vanity, installing tub, installing ceiling and plumbing for a reasonable rate.I’d recommend Affordable Baths to people who are looking for a new bathroom.
