Berkshire is a very professionally run business. I like the way they kept us in the loop. At all times we knew what the plan was, expense and time frame. Chaas was our repair man, he was super knowledgeable, answered the many questions we asked and was very neat and organized. I would highly recommend Berkshire Heating and Air Conditioning.
Great company! They came out and changed my outdoor water faucets for a very great price. They showed up on time and they were super professional, I would highly recommend using them!
Berkshire Heating and Air has been a great service provider. When our old water heater failed in January, they came out the same day to evaluate the issue. They had a new one installed in two days! Today the technician was out this morning, right at the scheduled time of the appointment. Jason was courteous and efficient. When he finished the job, he explained what annual service tasks were performed. We continue to be very happy customers.
