I broke down just a few miles away from Ballard Volvo in West Springfield, and the wrecker recommended them.Their team got my truck in quickly, diagnosed the issue fast, and replaced the diesel filter housing without wasting time. They understood that downtime matters and worked efficiently to get me safely back on the road.
The staff was professional, helpful, and easy to deal. communication, and quality work the way they did. I really can’t appreciate them enough for helping me out when I was stuck far from home. Highly recommend them to any driver needing dependable service.
