They suck with O'Connell care they don't support there clients well especially when the client go there with a issue too them,they don't communicate with u ,and with aide not coming and they makes up stuff and offers to do things and blames the client when it's the worker ,can't trust this company ,my friend had a worker who came for one day,and made up stuff wasn't doing things right and tried twisting stuff,into something it wasn't and lieing what they were doing ,and that worker for one day said they take. Scheduling is a major issue. Lots of excuses about not enough time to get it done not at all helpful to caregivers who need that extra help. They need people who can multitask answer phones, and fix schedules.
This company has some areas to improve in, mostly in scheduling and reliable staff. That said, I have spoken many times with Casey, one of the scheduling coordinators, and it is my opinion that they are simply understaffed. Casey tries her best and it is obvious she cares about her job. I am not going to judge this company for being short staffed because unfortunately today many companies are.We were having scheduling issues with finding a reliable Home Health Care Aide.
