I cannot say enough good things about Advantage Appliance Repair. They were the service provider Whirlpool reassigned to me under my warranty after a prior provider failed to resolve the issue, and the difference was night and day. After months of frustration without a working dishwasher, Eric came out and immediately restored my confidence. He was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, explained everything step by step in a way I could understand, and made it clear right away that he had the situation fully under control. Gary was able to repair my dishwasher door without incident so my only opinion of him was great. He's about the same age as me also so I could identify with him which didn't hurt. lol
Dryer would not work. Amine arrived at 3pm and I was quite nervous as we had to be at a graduation at 4pm. She was great and took very little time to correct the problem and relive our stress. I am old school age and the only reason I put overpriced was I think a service call should not be over $100.
