We have multiple pets in our home and I have wanted a “nice vacuum” for a long time, so my husband started researching and decided that a Miele fit exactly what I've been wanting.
Wewere about to order one from one of the main ordering sites, but upon reading reviews realized that the warranty was only valid if purchased from an authorized dealer.
We found out Mr. Sweeper was an authorized dealer, so we visited their website and were pleasantly surprised to see that not only was it on sale, they also offered 10% off your first order!

The hose split on my 21-year-old Miele vacuum, (which I had purchased at Mr. Sweeper!) so I brought it into the West Roxbury store. Bob tried a hose they had in the shop and unfortunately it didn't fit. He then ordered me a hose from Miele, which, because of the age of my machine, did not fit. AT NO POINT did he try to sell me a new machine. Finally, I came to the conclusion that it was time to invest in a new Miele, and I'm SO happy I did. It's so much more powerful, maneuverable and lightweight than my old machine. Great experience all around. The staff was super knowledgeable on my Sebo E3 series and helped me pick exactly what I needed. Customer service was friendly, responsive, and much more personalized help than what to expect from big box stores. Shipping was fast which is yet another bonus. If you’re thinking of ordering online, skip the hassle and go with these guys. Total win.
