I truly love this place! Been going there for 3+ years and I've always have a wonderful experience. I love the way Helen those my nails, she is so patient and talented. She is an incredible business woman and her staff are so polite and professional! They give the best pedicures in boston!

I got a pedicure done here and she did good, but after 5 days I noticed it chipped and the nail was also chipped and so now a corner of my nails just there broken, don’t recommend.

I love Helen and the crew. I have been coming here forever with my daughters. Helen does my nails and my brows. Very friendly. Whoever says "they are rude" - they are not, they are just straightforward, they speak a foreign language, many of the girls there have just enough of the English language knowledge to communicate the basic things needed to complete the work. Dirty bathrooms and hallways are not on Helen, she owns the business but not the building. It's not a high-end place, so some of the reviewers' expectations are set a bit too high.
