Paul was so friendly and knowledgeable we felt totally comfortable trusting him with our electrical work! Brandon and Pedro did a great job replacing our ceiling fans, grounding our outlets, and putting in a brand new sub panel for us to ensure our safety. Paul was great. Kept great communication through scheduling until arrival. He came after hours and was extremely patient and taught some electrical lessons to my four-year-old son who is enamored with tools and construction. I cannot vouch for Paul and his work enough.
I received excellent service in record time on a Monday afternoon from Paul Ledbetter. I was fortunate to reach Paul by calling him twice, as his voicemail was full, and he managed to take my second call. We spoke briefly and then continued our conversation via text. Paul is extremely responsive and easy to communicate with.
The issue was that three GFCI outlets in our kitchen could not be reset and had become nonfunctional. Despite being extremely busy and fully booked for the week, Paul offered to stop by the same day since he was working nearby. He squeezed us in between two of his appointments and arrived within an hour of my call.
