I appreciate their staff as they always are so helpful and friendly. Truth is we want in for an opinion and then went to MEEI (Mass Ear & Eye Institute) and the experience and treatment between the two were polar opposites! Our experience at MEEI was horrible from rude staff, unreliability where they didn't return our calls, and more. This place was just above and beyond in comparison!! And felt as if we were at a "5 star hotel" for a private office compared to MEEI's 2.5 star hotel rating... My wife and I had back to back appointments we arrived together and were greeted by the front desk who were very pleasant. My wife and I were happy to see that it wasn’t just another Optometrist factory. Dr Micley listened was on time and was professional. Great experience with this office.

Everything went great.I waited about 10 minutes. Went in,did test on 2 machines and my eye specialist came in the room in a out 5 minutes, told me the test were great.Checked my eyesight and then put in drops to be able to see thee entire eye.Dr.Micley is great
