Matt Gleason was excellent. He replaced a doorknob and installed a new deadbolt for my parents. He works hard and is very patient with customer’s questions. I would hire him again in an instant!

We recently had a great experience with Matt of City Lock. We were locked out of our front door and needed someone to pick the lock. I called at 8:56AM and Matt arrived promptly at 9:07AM. He was professional, quick, and communicative. During this visit, Matt also helped install a new dead bolt on our front door, as our old antique lock was the reason for us being locked out in the first place. Overall, the experience was excellent. Highly recommend!
