Hey , I’m fati , just wanted to share my experience at baystate pt in West Roxbury. I’m so pleased to be treated at this facility. The staff are amazingly knowledgeable and supportive very friendly and make you feel loved and comfortable, they are friendly and helpful. Specially Jeremy, he is wonderful, professional . I am 6-weeks post TKR Revision & at 90 degrees range of motion. In working to better my ROM, Shana has been attentive, challenging and compassionate.
Having been to PT for 2 previous TKR’s, at different facilities (sports medicine & hospital-based), knowing that I will be working with & supported by one therapist was my goal this time.
At BSPT, I have hit the jackpot with Shana.

The place is great! Pamela the front desk is amazing! What a huge difference does it make to have a smiley welcoming face as soon as you walk in. She’s also very knowledgeable in what she does. It’s my Second appointment and I really love it. So far the team is awesome! I had Jeremy the manager my first appointment, and Kenny, and Zac my second one.
