I was there for 3 weeks in 2017,I couldn't ask for better care .there wasn't one person from the kitchen to p.t,to the laundry that wasn't therefor me.the nursing stall was top notch

This place provides outstanding care. This is a team you can count on no matter what level of services you need for your loved one. Whenever I speak with them, I hear the passion for what they do shining through over everything else. It has been an absolute lifesaver having your team care for my former boss who I love dearly like a father. Clean facility full of entertainment and great food too.

I can’t even tell you how unhappy I am with the service of this place. My mom got admitted on Monday and on Friday, five days later, we still haven’t got a phone call to discuss her rehabilitation program. Every time I call to try to speak to somebody, there’s never anybody available. As far as I’m concerned they have rehabilitated nothing.Edited 9/7/23 after speaking with case manager....Thanks for the clarification and pointing out this issue was due to feedback from the patient in question denying approval to communicate with us.
