“I have been receiving subQ Xembify infusions since 6/24. Promptcare is my provider. My team is professional, kind, caring, loving and it is on top of my chronic medical condition. Karen, the pharmacist always check in with me via phone, we have developed a very personal relationship which I appreciated tremendously. She always adresses any and all of my concerns and returns my calls promptly. She sets up my delivery date of my xembify and lets me know the exactly day and time of arrival. This alliviates all my stress and worries etc. I also have my special personal nurse Paula B. As she enters my apartment, she has a special way of conducting and giving me my Xembify. She makes me feel calm and safe. At the end, I know i will feel that this medication has been administered properly and I will be better. I will only have Paula B. be my sole nurse. We also have developed a special tight bond with each other. She's not only a terrific and wonderful nurse. She also has become one of my dearest friends, I rely and trust on her to take care of me and help me through this difficult process.“

“Let me start right off by saying they were great. My elderly father who lived alone was in steady health decline to the point he was bed bound & required 24 hour care that the family could not do on our own. I contacted Visiting Angles & spoke with Jennifer who was instrumental in getting this all set up, she was so helpful. The aides were awesome in tending to my dads needs, keeping him happy, clean & fed. They would also do some grocery shopping & light housework, honestly the house was cleaner with them there than before they came. My dad has passed now but I will have a good memory of dealing with Visiting Angles during the very difficult last year of his life. Thank you to all that helped. Garett“
