“I have been receiving subQ Xembify infusions since 6/24. Promptcare is my provider. My team is professional, kind, caring, loving and it is on top of my chronic medical condition. Karen, the pharmacist always check in with me via phone, we have developed a very personal relationship which I appreciated tremendously. She always adresses any and all of my concerns and returns my calls promptly. She sets up my delivery date of my xembify and lets me know the exactly day and time of arrival. This alliviates all my stress and worries etc. I also have my special personal nurse Paula B. As she enters my apartment, she has a special way of conducting and giving me my Xembify.
