I don't understand the bad review. Our experience was 5 STARS. On a very cold, snowy Saturday morning, our heating/AC system stopped blowing hot air. It was freezing in the house. We called 3 other "24/7" HVAC companies, and Petro was the only one that answered the phone - 7:08 AM.The Customer Service rep was sympathetic to our plight. We did not have an account with Petro, having come off of install warranty with another provider. She set us up with an Service account, and explained it was an initial $69.95 diagnostic fee, which I found very reasonable, for not being normal customer, and calling in on the fly.
