I came by during the open house "walk through the villages". What a beautiful open clean space! I instantly felt like my stresses were melting through the floor. The staff are very informative and gentle. Crista, Dot, and Scott were there explaining the many benefits of yoga. Being a quiet person I find the small size of the class 10-12 people feels intimate and personalized to my needs. I feel like I can actually do this. I am definitely coming to try yoga. Thank you.

This yoga studio has changed my life! It offers classes at convienent times and the teachers are awesome. The studio is small enough to offer personalized instruction and the variety of instructors makes it difficult to get bored.
