Jai at Target Optical in Watertown is awesome! Not only is he friendly and caring but he has great recommendations for your particular eyewear needs. I have been going there for quite a few years and have never been disappointed.
Sometimes when I’m in Target shopping I stop in just to say “HI”.

Customer service was excellent. The staff and doctor were very knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me pick out a pair of glasses that suited my face and made great recommendations for add on features.

For years, I’ve dealt with Mr. Jai Vaid. Since the first visit, he’s always made us feel comfortable and welcomed.

Jay has been very helpful and accommodating, in making adjustments, scheduling, etc.
