“I started using Terry's Oil when I moved to Wareham close to 13 years ago. I always had great service and oil delivery and never had a problem. I heat my home primarily by wood pellets. So I only had 1 delivery a year. But regardless of how small the delivery was they always topped off my tank. But about a year ago the owners decided to retire and enjoy life. So they sold the business to Guard Oil in Fairhaven. Guard Oil is an excellent company. I have recently had many e-mails and phone conversations with them pertaining to my oil tank replacement and my account. They answered all my questions and gave me satisfactory results. The women who work at Guard Oil are a pleasure to deal with and are spot on with their answers.“

28 Parlowtown Rd, Marion“Here we go again. These people just keep on surprising me. This is my second review. I have an earlier post based upon the installation of this unit. So let us countinue with the review. Not only do they answer phone calls with an actual person, who by the way is quite pleasant, during business hours but they return phone calls promptly. It is a family affair that appreciates your business and not only do they talk that way but walk it out. This time they came by the house not only to do an annual service on the combi-boiler that they installed but I also wanted them to check my thermostats. With their initial vist they realized and identified that they needed additional parts. In that first visit they checked the thermostats and all was well. but they didn't charge me for the initial visit because of not completing the tuneup of the boiler. In fact with the second visit they retrofitted everything so that with future visits the servicing of the boiler would go smoothly. I was only charged for the second visit, and even though they retrofitted the boiler for future servicing the only charged me for the service and not for the retrofitted parts. Integrity! Integrity is very important to me. They didn't nickle and dime me to death the way that many would do so today. Integrity, service, prompt and pleasant communication, and a commitment to their customers. Really why would I go with anyone else? Oh, by the way their pricing is quite competitive. We had expanded our second floor and needed the exhaust pipe raised one story with a changed cap. Two other providers promised a fix and then failed to follow through. Hearth Heating provided the solution in short order at a fair price. Second up 18 months later was a failure to start fix on the fireplace. The problem was corrected in short order and similarly charged a very fair price.“

“Mike and his crew did a great job with a multiple sink installation in a commercial environment in an old mill building for my daughter's new business. Multiple changes along the way didn't cause any issues, went out of his way to save her money. Rare nowadays, actually looking out for the customer, not trying to maximize the cost of the job. Would highly recommend.“
