Had a basement leak. They made an appointment in three days time but, since they put me on a cancellation list, they actually were able to do the repair the next day! The plumber was thorough, and put in the time to make sure the leak was actually fixed. The charge was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

I originally rated this a 4 because the repair on our heating system was not yet complete, as we had to wait for the part. We had an appointment that couldn’t move the next day, leaving the repair for two days later. The technician, Shawn scheduled us first thing in the day because he knew our house was cold. He was very courteous, friendly and professional. When he realized that he needed to find the correct part (on a 20 year old system) and would need a day, he even offered to bring wood in to heat our house overnight via fire place! We are very happy with the repair and will be referring friends to Pioneer Valley Environmental!
