Had the best experience with Sam, who pierced my 7 year old daughter’s ears. My daughter was so nervous, but Sam talked her through everything, put her at ease, and assured her that she wouldn’t do anything until my daughter said it was okay. I can’t say enough good things about Sam and Need Therapy. 10/10
I went there today to get my nose pierced. Sam was amazing and very sweet. She noticed my anxiety and she talked very calm and I felt at ease with her. I will definitely be back for my other side done near my bday.
Absolutely amazing customer service- and SO good with children! I took my 6 year old to get her ears pierced today and they were kind, patient and went the extra mile to keep my son content giving him a temporary tattoo and pulling out star wars books to look at. My daughter's ears look so cute!
