Showed up a little before 8 with a load of sheet rock. 2 metal trucks were in line before me. Parked on the street, untarped, was in and out in under 1.5 hours. Ask the forklift guys how to turn around, no issue with a sleeper cab and 53' spread.

It's not too bad of a place, although I can see it being a little bit of a wait and hassle if it's really busy. Technically, you can park on Side Street, but it's probably best if you don't. There's only room for maybe 2 trucks, but it's your game roll the dice. It's a little tight but manageable. Other that didn't take too long unloading it was only 1 truck ahead of me. Unstrap and untarp outside the gate. Just stop short of the entrance and check in.
