Had them install two new heat pumps last June (2024), which are the primary source of heating in the house. Old ones were inadequate and needed replacing. The price was superior compared to the competition. A large crew descended on the house in the morning and were done by noon. Everything was done right the first time. We've now survived the first winter with them and they didn't miss a beat even down to 0 F. I had no problems at all communicating with them.

We have used them for our oil heat and heating oil supply for many years. They seem to have merged now with Arlmont Fuel in Arlington. We have found them to be reliable and reasonable. We have had occasion to call them several times over the years (tricky oil burner) and they have been helpful.

99.3% happy as a customer. Could do without the three and a half hour lectures on politics, history, and the Illuminati... sorry Frank, it was fun, but you could have been in and out in less than half the time and we've all got things to do.
