I am surprised to see negative reviews..I work with Lina and she is great. Super helpful. It is difficult to find aids but that isn’t springwells fault…there aren’t many aids available. I find their programs very reasonable and Lina is responsive…very pleased.

Nothing I say will be adequate for the care and compassion this agency showed in caring for my >90 year old vision/hearing/mobility impaired mother. I would like to give a special shout out to Kimberley Sot and Lina Harp - it takes a village.... Thank you, thank you, thank you! They were timely in their responses, concerned when I was concerned and kind when I needed kindness.

Beyond frustrating. It's supposed to be a service for elderly in need and takes forever to process.
