Michelle is AWESOME. She was able to quickly figure out what was wrong with my laptop, picked it up and dropped it off at my work, and repaired it quickly at a very reasonable price.
My Lenovo broke after dropping it so my husband brought it to this place. He's been using them for repairs for over 10 years. Michelle, a school teacher and her husband, have been in business for over 20 years. Although this is a side gig, it's impressive how they are very responsive and easy to work with compared to some full time businesses. Their prices are very reasonable and most importantly we trust them. They are in the process of moving the business out of their home and will strictly do pick up and delivery for customers, which will be much more convenient and hopefully not impact prices. I see why my husband likes them. We will continue to support them!
A phenomenal computer repair shop that gives run of the mill tech repair a run for its money. Great service and friendly faces make for a good experience overall. If you're against planned obsolescence and want to get the most out of your devices, check this place out.
