They gave me a set of targeted exercises that I could do at home with what I had there and I'm quite happy with them. I worked with 3 different PTs during my various sessions and all were great. She evaluated my condition, talked with me about my pain and work tolerances and my near term ambitions, and crafted an approach tailored to me. She adjusts that approach at each appointment, ensuring that I continue to make progress. She clearly knows her stuff, and regularly offers suggestions and gentle pushes that move my recovery forward. “I have had numerous injuries over the years including ACL surgery and I have been to many physical therapists. Nowhere have I received the quality of treatment I received at CATZ PT.
