I cannot recommend Karlene enough- she truly is a PT mastermind. She has thoroughly and thoughtfully helped me navigate pelvic organ prolapse, strength and coordination with so much encouragement and positivity. Without a doubt, spending time with her is one of the best investments I have made in myself.
I highly recommend Karlene; her positivity and compassion are infectious. She helped me rebuild my core and and taught me to retrain my brain on the proper use of the core/deep abdominal muscles. After two kids in three years, this was no easy task. Thanks to Karlene I've been able to run again pain free and continue to gain the the core strength I lost and then some.
Karlene is a wonderful and deeply caring practitioner. She is highly knowledgeable and extremely skilled. I'm so thankful to be able to refer patients to her and know they are in good hands!
