Karlene is masterful in dealing with very sensitive subjects, such as bladder control. She's a knowledgeable and empathic therapist who teaches one how to work with the body and mind, simultaneously. My condition has improved measurably, to the point that the exercises, rather than medication, are making it possible to not have leakage. I've been seeing Brianna since I was 7 weeks postpartum and have continued to see her since. She's been incredible and genuinely made such a huge impact to my postpartum recovery, especially the surprise ailments that have popped up. I couldn't have done this without her as part of my team.
