Incredibly helpful, responsive and solved my flooring problem.
I was in the middle of refinishing my 143 year old wood floors and we ran out of a very specialized flexible product that fills gaps between wood floorboards. I called all over the country to find it and it was sold out almost everywhere. McEllin Co had 5 jugs in stock and rushed to ship it out to me overnight so that I wouldn't keep my flooring contractors waiting (which would have been more costly). Thank you so much to Jack and the team for being so responsive and wonderful to work with. You're a lifesaver!

Family owned, they care about every customer… contractor or homeowner , doesn’t matter , everybody treated with respect. I know because I’m a wood floor lifer and have sat at the counter and watched and listened to them handling all the customers on the phone and I’m person. They are a class act from start to finish

Despite calling up 5-minutes before closing, Jack was EXTREMELY helpful. He answered all of my questions and even gave me some really great suggestions. They earned me as a customer and I am looking forward in working with this family run business.
