Initially, I spoke with Ken regarding an issue with the line sets for my mini-split. Insulating foam casings wrapped around the line sets were disintegrating. Ken sent George to inspect the line sets and replace the casings with a higher grade product. George was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and did a great job carefully wrapping the line sets with the new product. The cost for the replacement was very reasonable. 100% would recommend over other guys in the area and will certainly do more work with them in the future. George was very friendly and explained issues with clarity. Issue was quickly diagnosed and fixed. Not something I would've done myself easily without spending hours and hours on youtube to troubleshoot. Service was quality and swift.
