Horrible experience, broke my iPad’s home button, Touch ID doesn’t work anymore, showed up almost an hour late. He start yelling in my apartment complex parking lot - disturbing the neighbors because he didn’t want to discount more than $30 dollars after returning my iPad in worse condition than before.

Quick walk in service, reasonable prices, and very efficient operations. I had my iPhone battery replaced in 15 minutes. I did call ahead to check they had the battery in stock and could take me walk in.
