High Street Express Toyota Prius and Complete Auto Repairs

I've been here twice for car repairs: August and December 2021. The second time, there were issues with my tie rod and a power steering line. They started the repair and I suddenly remembered that the power steering line was what they fixed in August. I had the ~$200 charge on my cc, but I had lost the receipt. I mentioned this but also knew I couldn't hold them responsible without that receipt. The mechanic (the owner's son) said he could tell the damaged steering line was new + saw the ~$200 charge on my credit card statement. That was enough for them to repair it again for free. High Street Express is near my work, but not near where I live. That being said, this was my first time needing auto repairs and I asked someone I trusted for a referral - he sent me to Carlos at High Street. I had failed my state car inspection and knew I was going to need extensive exhaust work. I called Carlos up, and he had me bring my car by at the start of the morning. Carlos and his staff were quick to call me back with an estimate and start working - and the best part is, I got my car back the SAME DAY! I was thrilled.
