My family have used Harvey exclusively for our home in Massachusetts without issue. Recently I had a 3 lite picture window (2 vertical sliding sashes) and noticed an imperfection in one of the sashes. I went through my contractor, and didn't hear anything for a while, only to be told the claim was closed because Harvey couldn't reach me. Round two, I contacted Harvey again and had to go back to the contractor. Too much work for a customer in my opinion. However, Lauren Barnard in their customer service area was clutch in making sure this was resolved with limited information from me. She single handedly restored my opinion of Harvey. We have Harvey windows in our home. I'm writing this review about Julie in the customer service department. Julie went above and beyond to help me and she is a great listener(even when I ramble she still listens) ha. I emailed and called a bunch and Julie was cool with it. Fast response and great listener. She is now a household name in our family. I almost had to consider putting windows in the dog house, but I was able to get out of there before it got that bad.haha. thanks for all your help Julie.

We had several cracked parts on our in-window blinds on our sliding door and after several conversations Rebecca was able to identify the necessary parts and them sent to us. All good now!
