Woke up this morning freezing, called Burns Mechanical and they came in just over an hour! The good news it was just the furnace doing its job. Snow has gotten into the intake and froze. To prevent carbon backup it shuts down. Thank you for heat and great work!

we had a problem with our air conditioning and called this morning. Jason came right away this morning, which is extraordinary considering this stretch of hot days we've had. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He took a long time to carefully make sure the situation was resolved perfectly. I would recommend this company.

Winters in Boston are cold! And coming home to find no heat or hot water is an unhappy experience. I am very glad to have found - several years ago - Burns Mechanical for taking care of our heating (and air-conditioning) system. They are a relatively small, family-owned company: the same service-person (Jared) has been out to our house on almost every call, so he's familiar with the system and its quirks. They are knowledgeable, thorough, reasonably-priced and responsive.
