I have given this experience four stars rather than five because of the inconvenience created by the failure to abide by our contract, which explicitly , stated that we wanted the dump truck option for disposal of construction rubbish. Instead, we got a dumpster that sat on our driveway for eight and a half days, depriving us of the use of our driveway and garage. The quality of the actual installation was excellent, and the care shown to our property before and after the work was exemplary.
Within the first 60 minutes of meeting Matt and Luis, we knew that Erie Home was the right choice for the new roof. When the initial sales sit down was over, they felt more like close friends then corporate thugs just trying to earn a quick sale.
The rest of the process was peofessional and the staff was very accomamdating...even calling Ryan with scheduling issues was a quick fix and a polite experience. If it wasn't for their vast knowledge within their field, we probably would of been stuck for weeks from SunRun's hostility!
