Joe Bertola and his team did a bathroom remodel for us a few months ago. The service and quality of workmanship were impeccable. Joe provided valuable ideas for the final design and personally accompanied us to suppliers to help us with decisions. All members of the crew were friendly and responsive. Our house was kept clean throughout the project. They finished on time and followed up to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Joe Bertola and his crew (notably, Victor, Wellington and Marco) recently completed a beautiful renovation of my condominium kitchen. From initial demolition, through obtaining permits, through the construction process and checking on completion, they and their trades were always on time, respectful of my property, detail-oriented, and always left my place clean at the end of each day. Not only did they take care in the construction aspects, but -- the mark of a good contractor-- if there was a glitch or problem, they were right there with a solution, including with an emergency on a Saturday morning!
