If I could give this place 100 stars, I would. Dr. Edelstein and his staff were amazing. After a horrible experience at another place, including a botched exam and wrong prescription, Dr. Edelstein really took his time to examine my eyes and get me the correct prescription. His staff were so friendly and everyone there made me feel like I was heard and valued. I will definitely be doing my yearly routine visits here from now on.

I had a great experience buying glasses here and got a high quality pair (Moscot + Varilux) for a good price. It took me several visits to figure out what I wanted and I had a lot of questions. John patiently answered them all and was great to work with.

The team at Bay State Eye Associates were prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I went in for an eye exam and to pick up new glasses. Everything I needed pre-exam—from insurance to intake form—was handled online in a clear interface. John was particularly helpful in picking out my new specs. Would highly recommend!
