When I came in and tried it on for him, he was very reassuring that it was the right length, that bridal dresses tend to be a bit longer, etc. He repeatedly told me that it was perfect and so beautiful—great reassurance!! I there was also a small stain on the back of the dress, and he said, no problem, let me remove this for you for free, and then did so so quickly. He then carried it out to my car for me as I’m quite short and he didn’t want it to drag on the ground. Truly a wonderful interaction from beginning to end which feels so reassuring this close to my wedding. I will be back!“

I went there with my daughter because she had a bridesmaid dress that she needed some small alterations to. The owner was very honest with us and showed us that those alterations were not worth my daughter spending the money on as they would not make a big difference in the appearance of the dress. “I’ve gone here a couple times and have had good experiences. Most recently I called on a Tuesday night 30 minutes to close asking if they could shorten the straps on a dress by Saturday. I walked in with 15 mins to close and they pinned it up and took the dress. They happily did it. Dress was ready for Saturday morning and the fit turned out perfect. And the price was great.
