I had to get the zipper on my winter coat replaced. I wanted a sturdy sipper put in, but it had to look fashionable. Bill did the work with some help. I was told it was a very difficult zipper to replace. They also clean all types of big name handbags, clutches, and any material size and shape. I wouldn't go anywhere else for shoe repair or zipper and purse. When I went to get my coat. I had on my knit, Coach booties on. Bill asked me if I waterproofed them. I said no. He recolor and waterproofed them at the same time. The owner of the shop, Tony, put new inersoles in. So, I can just get them refurbished every year. It's the best investment I've ever had. I’ve been bringing my high quality shoes here for 6 years now, and one thing that keeps on impressing me is that they keep on innovating and using the latest and greatest industry’s developments to repair and maintain the shoes. Most shoe repairing shops are stuck in the 90’s, but not this one. Customer Service is exceptional, always very friendly, and responsive. Turnaround time is great, and they’re reasonable if you have travel coming up, just simply ask them! I’ve recommended everyone that I know to come here and they’re all happy! I’ve gotten to know the owner as well, and he is a great guy! 5/5, A++
