“Marta tattooed my eyebrows five years ago. I was very pleased with how it came out so I decided to go back to her for a touch up. She’s very warm and inviting and funny too. She’s a master in what she does. Always pausing and taking her time to make sure everything was even and perfect. It turned out touch ups should be redone within two years but she honoured the touch up price. I highly recommend her and her services. I’m definitely going back to see her. For people with cars, there’s free parking at the back of the building.“

“Lash L’Amour was easy to book and I was able to get an evening appointment on fairly short notice. This location was welcoming, clean, and relaxing. The staff were super friendly and helpful and most importantly, my tech, Victoria, did an absolutely fantastic job with my Korean lift and tint. You can see my natural color in my eyebrows here and the contrast with the tinted lashes. Will be a great value if they last 6-8 weeks as they say! They even give you some spoolie brushes to take with you so you can fluff them again once they settle in. Excited to have found this place!“

For anyone visiting from out of town: Sway is easily accessible via public transport (both bus and train; Kenmore stop) and is within walking distance of many hotels. Staff have been consistently warm and notably welcoming to first-time visitors based on my initial experience, observations and conversations overheard while in the waiting room.

Sway has become a part of my self-care routine/rotation (so much so that I picked up a small part-time gig exclusively to fund my spa days). They make me feel like family while there, and their services have consistently left me feeling so relaxed just the thought of an upcoming appointment has become soothing. Based on observation, it seems you cannot go wrong with any of their staff. Based on experience, I highly recommend asking for Lucy, Sheli, and/or Sarah, and asking about integrating aromatherapy when you get there“
