She is a great colorist and provides a relaxing experience for her clients. The salon is a welcoming addition to the neighborhood, providing excellent service for those seeking to transform their hair, particularly for grey hair maintenance. Customers have praised the beautiful, inviting, and laidback environment created by Kim and her team, noting that every detail is thoughtfully arranged to make them feel comfortable and relaxed. Chill salon is a stunning salon in a great location of Arlington, Just like the name it is a very relaxing atmosphere- Kim is absolutely AMAZING! She goes above and beyond to make sure you walk out loving your hair- can't recommend her more!
Kim is warm, genuine, and passionate about hearing what her customers want and delivering them an AMAZING haircut and chill, laid-back, self-care experience. It was my first time, but the second I walked in, I felt invited and well taken care of. The place is clean and polished, and feels like an oasis sanctuary. Kim is cognizant and sensitive of time/life constraints, and delivers on giving the best haircut and styling needs that work with the haircut look that I'm trying to project.
