Great place! Been doing Pilates for over 20 years. Visiting MV this week with family. Very impressed with knowledge and overall workout. Joseph Pilates trained, high is a plus. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is seeking to continue their workouts while on vacation or establishing a long term relationship with experienced trainers.

This place is great! Joseph Pilates centered training which is a huge plus! Owner and trainers know their stuff and can easily work with modifications if any issues with the tissues. :). Would highly recommend them.

Over the course of a one-week vaycay, I was able to train with Lucia, Stefan AND Jennifer. Lucky lucky me! They were all so knowledgeable, encouraging, and fun. I left each session feeling so strong and good in my body. Wish I were closer so I could go here every week!
