I was dispatched to this company through American Home Shield. Issue happened on a Saturday, did not expect a call till Monday but did get a call several hours later to figure out the exact issue and let us know they would be out Monday to fix. Texted a picture of the problem. Was called Monday morning with a 2 hour window. Plumber arrived within window, quickly fixed the problem. Very happy with service.

To paraphrase, when it leaks it pours. We first called Valley over a month ago and they did a great job. So when a bathroom leak occurred we called again. As in the previous situation they responded quickly and took care of the problem promptly. Thank you Valley
