We contacted Bruce yesterday evening, hoping for a miracle; he came out today, on Father's Day Sunday to troubleshoot and solve the problem (turns out, the seal to our freezer was jacked up so the freezer hadn't been closing all the way, causing the coils to freeze to the point of blocking the vents and preventing airflow to the fridge - he manually defrosted the coils so we didn't have to wait for it to defrost itself). Bruce was personable, professional and gave us some advise on what to look for should the issue arise again in the future.“
