The woman that helped me was great. She was very efficient and professional. Also I had no doubt she understood what she was doing. The price was much much higher than I expected. Obviously I should have asked do my bad there. But I'm coming from a place where I had to put my life literally on hold for the last 7 years and my brain is just not running at full speed yet. This year's tax return was more complicated than my old ones so I knew I had no choice anyway. I mean it's less than half of what I am getting back it still hurts when you need a job and your bank account is on the edge of extinction.
