“The woman that helped me was great. She was very efficient and professional. Also I had no doubt she understood what she was doing. The price was much much higher than I expected. Obviously I should have asked do my bad there. But I'm coming from a place where I had to put my life literally on hold for the last 7 years and my brain is just not running at full speed yet. This year's tax return was more complicated than my old ones so I knew I had no choice anyway. I mean it's less than half of what I am getting back it still hurts when you need a job and your bank account is on the edge of extinction. I'm giving them five stars because the price isn't their fault and the service was top notch. To offer the services they offer they need competent and courteous people working for them. And I'm sure that part of that price is because they are paying those people what they are worth. At the end of the day I'll be ok. God always provides. For anyone having to pay for this kind of service for the first time just brace yourself for the price tag.“
