I did not have any work done by Heritage The plumbers that came told me that I had to pay a $400 fee to find out what my problem was. t was not told this when I made the appointment I thought that was unreasonable so I asked them to leave and ended up having to pay the $99 fee for coming to my house

Josh S. and the gentleman that works with him came out to my place to fix a problem that I had with my HVAC system I requested Josh S because he has been to my home for my HVAC system before. The two of them are absolutely incredible. Extremely courteous polite professional and explained everything that they had done in detail. Josh and the gentleman that works with him are very detailed in what they do. I couldn't ask for 2 better techs. Everything is working as it should thanks to them. God bless you both and thank you to Heritage home heating for hiring great people.

The gentleman who came to give the estimate was great. Super nice and patient. After leaving I called other plumbers for estimates and every single place said the quote I received from Papalia was ridiculously high. I've since canceled my agreement and now waiting for my deposit to be refunded. I found another plumber to do the work for almost $3k less.

Mike was able to stop a leak in my kitchen faucet, which I really appreciate. That said, I’m a bit concerned the issue may return. I’ve since ordered the parts he recommended and am hoping they’ll fully resolve the problem once installed. I forgot to ask, but hoping Mike will be able to install those parts without an additional charge, given its related to the original repair. Overall, thankful for the quick fix, but looking forward to a more permanent solution.
Review (2) I had two service visits from Heritage Home Services Plumbing. On both occasions, the technicians were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The issue was a worn faucet handle cartridge that needed replacement. During the first visit, the technician did not have the necessary parts and provided a temporary fix. To avoid further delays, I ordered the required replacement parts myself and contacted the company when the problem returned. When I scheduled the second appointment, I specifically informed the representative that I should not be charged for a return visit since the original repair was temporary. When the technician arrived, he immediately told me he needed to speak with his manager, Mike St. Helaire, regarding whether the charge would be waived. I expressed my concern, and the technician went to his truck to discuss it with his manager. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of paying for the visit because I wanted to get the repair completed and was told I would get a follow-up call from the manager to resolve the billing issue. That call never came, and the charge remains on my account. While I have no complaints about the technicians and appreciate their professionalism, I am very disappointed with how this billing matter was handled. The lack of communication and failure to honor what I was told has left me with a negative impression of the company's customer service and business practices. Total bill to fix the faucet was approx $500, excluding parts. It The cost of a new faucet.
