Best equipment on the market, I really appreciated it- my practical part was on the newest equipment with plenty of school clients. Lots of one on one support- Marie is fantastic, really enjoyed her classes, passionate about teaching electrology and has a medical background ! Mary is the highest standard in electrology in USA ( probably with her experience in the world) the school team is setting you up for success in all aspects business wise and professional wise! Huge thank you to Lucy ( the esthetician program teacher) super knowledgeable and so pleasant to be around! Beautiful and inspiring Lucy!

“I enjoy coming to the Catherine Hinds Institute - Student Clinic. They offer a variety of esthetic and spa treatments for fair prices, which allows me to treat myself occasionally while maintaining a fairly frugal lifestyle. I have been for brow waxing and facials and have never had any issues with the service provided. The providers are students but they always to a great job and are just as good as a working professional in my experience! The ladies at the front desk provide excellent customer service each time, as do the student estheticians. You can also sign up for their email list to get deals and specials!“

“I genuinely love coming here—I wouldn’t drive 50 minutes each way if I didn’t! I come here for laser hair removal, and Anu has been wonderful. She’s incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and has helped me understand so much about the laser hair removal process that I didn’t know before. Everyone on the staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they truly deserve a 5-star rating.
The only reason I’m mentioning this is because I hope it’s something that can be improved. My appointments unfortunately rarely start on time, and I’ve had to wait an extra 20–30 minutes on several occasions before being seen. I completely understand that delays can happen from time to time, but when it’s a frequent occurrence, it can be a little frustrating—especially when people are scheduling their day around their appointment.
That said, this is honestly my only complaint. The quality of the service and the kindness of the staff are why I continue making the 50-minute drive, and I would absolutely recommend this place to others.“
