“We recently realized that one of our spare bedrooms had water coming in from the roof at all angles. We hadn't seen it before because that door is always closed. By the time we realized it, the room was completely destroyed. We not only needed a new roof, we needed that room fixed from top to bottom. We were directed to Ideal Property Maintenance out of Tewksbury MA. I met with the owner, Brian, to tell him what was happening with the damage we had. Not only was he friendly and knowledgeable, but he really seemed as if he cared about our situation. The first thing he and his team were going to do was my roof. Within days they were here, tearing it down and putting a new one on. They had it completed in one day and it looks amazing! There was no sign they were even here, that's how thorough they were in cleaning up after themselves. Then came the bedroom. A few of his team, Pat, Chris and Kelsey were the ones who worked on the room. What a nice group of workers they were! Friendly, professional, down to earth, knowledgeable, fast yet efficient and trustworthy. I had no problem leaving any of them alone in my home while I was gone. They were the kind of workers that you could spend hours chit chatting with over a cup of coffee!! Clean? Before they left each night, they made sure that they cleaned and picked up everything that they worked on. I was quite impressed! The room looks awesome!!! I'm so grateful and happy that they were recommended to me and I would certainly recommend them to anyone.“
